Master Builders
Our company was developed by two brothers with a life-long passion for building. They are master craftsmen who are devoted to their work, and their core philosophy is simple – consistently reinforce a great relationship with clients, and foster a collaborative experience among all team members.

ANDREW LIEBHABER, Principal, President

Convincing the local home center to set up a trade account at the age of 14 was one of Andrew’s early accomplishments as a young builder growing up in Long Island.

From an early age, Andrew looked for any opportunity he could to hone his skills with local carpenters and tradesmen, and as a young man, he set out to build his own local home improvement company from the ground up.

Off to college, Andrew pursued a degree in accounting and business to gain the professional experience he needed to run a successful construction firm, and in 1990, he became a professional CPA auditing large construction firms throughout the country.

Andrew never kicked his passion for hands-on construction. He reignited his life long dream in 1993, opening the doors to Liebhaber Company on the Upper East Side of Manhattan.

Today, Andrew has grown his small company into a multi-disciplined team of craftsmen, project managers, and millworkers who specialize in high end residential renovations, restaurant construction, and amenity space development for discerning clients throughout the city. He loves every minute of it.
